Suggested use of Organic Wakame Seaweed:
Our organic wakame seaweed is a versatile seaweed that can be added to soups, stews, salads and vegetable dishes. Once rehydrated it can be mixed with a variety of other ingredients- sesame, soy, cucumber or ginger for a delicious dish. It is often used on its own as a side dish in Japan as well as one of the key ingredients in miso soup.
Rehydrate in cold water for 30 minutes prior to use, expect it to increase up to 5 x in size.
