Bulletproof coffee?

Bullet proof coffee is a super trendy, keto-friendly and rather tasty alternative method of making coffee. The ingredients are freshly brewed, filter style black coffee, MCT oil and ghee. Whizz these up in a blender and the ingredients emulsify into a creamy, decadent, delicious drink which actually have some surprising health benefits to boot.

It is said to help to burn fats, improve focus without giving you the coffee jitters. We’re not sure about the science behind this but we’re told that it interacts with your body in a very different way compared to coffee made in the traditional method.

We recommend adding spices such as cinnamon and cardamom to increase the deliciousness!
