Iodine?

Your body craves iodine as there’s no where near enough in our diets and seaweed is arguably the best way to get it. Up to a third of the population are at risk of iodine deficiency.

Iodine is a very important mineral that helps the thyroid gland to function properly. The thyroid is important for regulating your metabolism and for repairing cell damage.

The NHS say that adults need 140 micrograms (μg) of iodine a day but of course you can have more than this. Dulse contains 14,200 micrograms per 100g of iodine so it really is an amazing source.

Other than iodine, Organic Dulse Seaweed contains a broad spectrum of macro nutrients making it a nutritionally rich food.

This product has been tested for heavy metals, e.coli, yeast, mould, salmonella and foreign matter. This product contains no bulking agents, added sugar, palm oil or GMO.
