Above all, it is high in lauric, capric and caprylic acid, and many of the medium-chain fatty acids are present in coconut oil.

How to use organic coconut milk powder:

Coconut milk powder as a convenient alternative to canned coconut milk. Add to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yoghurts or coffee. Simply mix 1-2 tablespoons with warm water to create rich instant cream or milk. In addition, it’s also high in lauric, capric and caprylic acid, the medium-chain fatty acids present in coconut oil. Our coconut milk powder is fast becoming a kitchen essential because of its deliciousness and versatility!
