Our organic Irish moss seaweed is grown off the coast of Ireland, and it boasts a rich nutritional profile, great flavour and acts as a fantastic thickener in many recipes.

Like all seaweeds, this seaweed is rich in the minerals iodine and selenium. These minerals are essential for the healthy production of hormones in the thyroid, and many thyroid conditions are attributed to a lack of these vital minstrels. As such, Irish moss could contribute to the normal function of the thyroid and alleviate the associated symptoms.
Irish moss, also known as sea moss, is loaded with nutrients, vitamins and other minerals including potassium, manganese, phosphorus, bromine, calcium, zinc, beta-carotene, sulphur, protein and B vitamins and vitamin C.
